A 334-lot, single-family subdivision, with 194 multi-family lots and an 80 unit high-rise building. Our firm provided a complete design package (except architectural), which included the preliminary plat, storm, wetlands, roads, public hearings, and initial and construction surveying. The project included a sanitary sewer collection system (Pierce County). The water distribution system was designed by City of Tacoma.
