Lyle E. Fox, P.L.S.

Lyle (President of LS&E) was educated at the Oregon Technical Institute and is registered in WA, OR and ID as a PLS. He has over 40 years land surveying experience.

Damon DeRosa, P.E.

Damon DeRosa, PE, is our Principal Engineer. He oversees all civil engineering and project planning services. Damon has over 30 years experience (17 years in public agency and 13 years in the private sector). He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Bill Creveling, L.G.

Bill Creveling, LG, is our Principal Geologist. He oversees our Geotechnical and Wastewater services. Bill has over 30 years of experience (20 in public agency and 12 years in the private sector) in the wastewater and geology practice fields. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

Paul A. Kuhnle, P.L.S.

Paul Kuhnle, PLS leads our survey department and has over 35 years of experience in the Land Surveying field, including 9 years as a Professional Land Surveyor registered in the State of Washington.

Wendy Garrison, Design Engineer 1

Wendy has over 15 years of drafting experience in AutoCAD and 13 years of Civil Engineering experience. In 2006, Wendy joined LeRoy Surveyors and Engineers, Inc.

Cor Kruithof III, Engineering Technician II

Cor Kruithof, EIT, assists with the design, drafting, and stormwater modeling of engineering projects. Cor joined LeRoy Surveyors in 2020 after graduating from Saint Martin’s University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering.

Ahtisham Ullah, EIT

Obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at The University of Lahore, Pakistan and registered as EIT in Washington State. Assisting Bill Creveling in Geotechnical department.

Our surveying department is led by Lyle Fox, PLS and is supported by Paul Kuhnle, who both have over twenty years of surveying experience.  Paul Kuhnle graduated from Defense Mapping School with the United States Army. All engineering, surveying, wastewater and development projects are backed by an experienced team of additional professional and technical staff members who do the fieldwork, designs, AutoCAD plan preparation, permit applications, checklists, and other project and support work.
