At LeRoy Surveyors & Engineers, Inc. (LS&E), we strive for outstanding results. Our services center around land surveying, civil engineering, geology and land development. LS&E staff includes professional land surveyors, professional engineers, licensed geologists and waste water treatment system designers along with experienced technical and administrative staff.
LeRoy Surveyors & Engineers, Inc. was established in 1959 by H. Wade LeRoy, a pioneer Northwest surveyor. During the formative years, the firm mainly provided services to the government, timber companies and private individuals.
LS&E has completed thousands of public and private engineering and surveying projects throughout the region. Our home office is centrally located in Puyallup, WA, where we can serve projects throughout the. region. Our experience and history has allowed us to develop positive relationships with local jurisdictions and maintain our knowledge of ever changing code requirements. LS&E is a -highly-respected civil engineering and surveying firm.

LeRoy Surveyors & Engineers, Inc. is a full service surveying and engineering company in business for nearly fifty years. We provide land development services to public works and private sector clients. We work closely with Pierce County and the various cities and towns nearby. And we have strong ties to our peers and our industry.
For the past decade, much of our work has been with local developers—designing large and small subdivisions. This type of project involves land surveying, street design, stormwater treatment, sanitary sewer collection systems (including septic systems and other utilities), environmental studies, wetlands conservation, water distribution systems, construction oversight and as-built plans.
LeRoy’s also assists clients with community relations and permitting, such as dealing with local ordinances within the counties or cities.
Over the past several years, LeRoy’s has expanded our team to strengthen the geotechnical, wastewater, municipal and commercial divisions. We are actively seeking clients in these sectors.
