LeRoy's Adds Senior Design Engineer to Staff
(January 31, 2008) LeRoy Surveyors and Engineers Inc. has thrived in nearly 50 years of business due to hiring talented and ambitious staff members. In January 2008, we welcomed Cara Visintainer, P.E., to the LeRoy's team.
Cara comes to the firm from Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc. of Kent, where she served as a project engineer. Her experience at Barghausen, along with previous employment at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. and the Washington State Department of Transportation, provided Cara with extensive experience in project design, transportation engineering, residential development, commercial engineering design and mining/land reclamation.
LeRoy's is known for efficiently steering projects through the regulatory maze. Cara fits well with this vision. Because Cara frequently coordinated with multiple jurisdictions for permits, and regularly worked on DOT inspections and standards, she has insight and experience to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Cara also brings strong leadership and project management skills to LeRoy's. In her previous positions, she meet the needs of clients by moving projects forward with proactive oversight and supervision--motivating her technical support staff and sub-consultants to complete each project with efficiency and excellence.
A graduate of Gonzaga University, Cara received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2001. She is proficient in AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop (LDD), Autodesk Civil 3D and the various Puget Sound jurisdiction-based hydraulic modeling software. Cara can be reached by phone at (253) 848-6608 or by email at cara@lseinc.com.
