LSE Inc. Staff Participate In Annual Housing Forum

Four LSE Inc. staff members attended the annual Affordable Housing Seminar on April 27 in Tacoma.

Sponsored by the Master Builders Association, the Affordable Housing Seminar is one of the region's most important seminars concerning the availability of housing. LSE Inc. values staying informed on local development and building issues, so we send several staff members every year to attend the event. The seminar included guest speakers such as Bruce Lorig, of Lorig & Associates (speaking on Urban Infill and Government Regulations), Juli Wilkerson, Director, of WA CTED (speaking on incentives and opportunities for urban development) and Glenn Crellin, of the WA Center for Real Estate Research (speaking on 2006 forecasts and statistics). Seminar speakers and open discussions ranged from inclusionary housing to working with local governments to recent permit activity in Pierce County.
