Landscape Architect
|
|
|
Designs, develops, modifies and reviews drawings for landscape architecture projects including urban designs, parks, environmental designs, transportation streetscapes and greenstreets, mixed-use land development, community design, planting and irrigation design.
Experience with site planning (master/urban), grading, strong design and construction detailing, knowledge of Northwest plants, cost estimating and project management.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
--Proficient with Microsoft Office required
--AutoCAD or Terramodel required
--Desktop Publishing and Photoshop a plus
--Architecture degree required
--Minimum 2 years experience required
--Possess or be able to obtain State of Washington license within 6 months

Experienced Land Surveyor
|
|
|
Applicants
should be knowledgeable in Washington State boundary survey law. PLS
required. This position involves survey research, boundary calculations,
survey crew administration, construction staking office preparation,
Terramodel drafting of plats, survey, BLA’s, short plats and ALTA’s.
Terramodel experience a plus but on the job training is available. Some
field work as party chief will be involved from time to time.

Wetland
Scientist - Puyallup, Washington

Leroy Surveyors and Engineers, Inc., a Pierce County based
engineering consulting firm, is seeking to hire a Wetland Scientist.
Candidates for this position should have a B.S. Degree in a related
field (Master's Degree preferred), experience in wetland
delineation, functional assessments, mitigation design and
implementation, permitting, and good communication skills for the
presentation of findings to clients and public. Pierce County
approved delineation experience is preferred. Expertise in wildlife
issues is desirable; GPS, GIS and CAD experience would be a plus.
